Management transactions
Faron’s managers and persons closely associated with them must make a notification of a transaction with the company’s financial instruments made on their own account to the company and the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority without delay and no later than three business days after the transaction.
Faron publishes the transaction notifications it receives through a company announcement without delay and no later than two working days after it has received the notification.

Transactions are reported to the Financial Supervisory Authority through an electronic transaction service. You can log in to the electronic transaction service at https://asiointi.finanssivalvonta.fi/en/login
For filling in the notification form you will need the following information:
